Our Why

When I moved to Las Vegas in 2022 to work at UNLV, one of the hardest parts was finding a place to live. I wanted something furnished and flexible while I figured out which neighborhood made the most sense for me, somewhere close enough to campus but also rooted in the energy of the city. That search inspired the vision for Circle House.

Circle House at Huntridge is meant to be that kind of transition space for others, especially community members new to Las Vegas who want to feel connected while they settle in. Circle House takes its name from its location along the edge of historic Huntridge Circle Park. The park itself is currently closed, but its landmark layout still defines the neighborhood and reflects the kind of community spirit this area was built on. Circle House continues that spirit by offering a welcoming, connected space for people putting down roots in Las Vegas.

The Huntridge neighborhood sits right on the edge of the Arts District, a part of the city that feels like a version of Las Vegas that belongs to the locals. Here you will find a community built around creativity and culture: the First Friday art walks, The Writer’s Block bookstore, and the Smith Center for the Performing Arts just a short drive away. Even Jazz in the Park, a summer tradition at the Clark County Amphitheater, brings neighbors together under the stars. With the reopening of the Huntridge Theater on the horizon, Huntridge is set to become a cultural anchor in its own right, extending the creative corridor all the way down to Maryland Parkway.

Circle House sits right in the middle of this momentum, a place to feel at home while you build your own Las Vegas story.

Welcome to Circle House. I look forward to sharing it with you.
