Q: What makes Circle House unique?
A: Circle House is more than just a rental. It is a creative home base in the heart of the Huntridge neighborhood. With both a classic three-bedroom unit and a fully furnished two-bedroom unit, it is designed for people who want flexibility, comfort, and a touch of local character while they live, work, or create in Las Vegas.

Q: How long can I stay?
A: Stays start at 31 days, and longer leases are available for three months, six months, or even a year. The back unit (Unit B) is ideal for shorter furnished stays, while the front unit (Unit A) works well for people looking to settle in for longer.

Q: What is included in the rent?
A: Your rent covers electricity, gas, water, internet, and landscaping. For furnished stays, Unit B also includes furniture, a TV, kitchenware, and more so you can move right in without worrying about setup.

Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes, Circle House has parking available in the front of the property for residents. Each Unit has one dedicated spot. Additional street parking is available.

Q: Is RV or van parking available?
A: Yes. Circle House offers one gated parking space that can accommodate a van or small RV. This space is included at no additional cost, but is limited to one per property. Please ask about availability when applying.

Q: Is a security deposit required?
A: Yes, we require a refundable security deposit equal to one month’s rent. The deposit is returned at the end of your stay, provided there is no damage beyond normal use.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes, pets are welcome at Circle House. To keep the space comfortable for everyone, we ask for a quick behavior check before approval. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee applies and is based on the length of your stay:
31–90 days: $150 per pet
3–6 months: $250 per pet
6–12 months: $350 per pet -
Q: Where is Circle House located?
A: Circle House is located in the historic Huntridge neighborhood. It is just steps from the soon-to-be revitalized Huntridge Theater and minutes from the Arts District and Downtown Las Vegas. The area has plenty of local character and is close to all the energy of the city.

A: You can reach out directly to set up a tour or request more details. Virtual walk-throughs may also be available if you are not in Las Vegas. We are happy to answer questions and help you decide if Circle House is the right fit for your stay.
